I start analyzing my choices. Is my topic too personal, too boring, or does it fall under the "noboby could care less what I think" category?

Well, I've decided to write about my fish story which occured over the Thanksgiving holidays. We had a family gathering in Miami this year and someone came up with the idea that it would be such fun to go deep sea fishing. (Okay, if I said no I would be considered a bad sport).

Turns out, I'm glad I went. About an hour into the trip, out in the deep blue sea, my friend Cory got a hit on his line-----a BIG hit! Forty five minutes later after a harrowing battle with the fish, we were facing a 300 pound, 10 foot hammerhead shark on the boat.

Let me tell you if you have never seen one before, its head looks like a huge mutation from another planet.

What do you do with a 10 foot shark--do you cut it up and eat it? (no, you don't eat hammerhead) do you take it home with you and have it turned into a trophy for the wall? (not for $2,000) or do you throw it back to live happily ever after?

I always did like fairy tale endings.
