I think most of us did, right? Sure, we had a few things that we brought along to pass the time. And, some of those cheesy road games like the "license plate" game were fun. But the bottom-line is... my brother and I were responsible for entertaining ourselves while travelling in the backseat. Not anymore... nope. Now, kids need high-priced items before we even leave the driveway. There are the Game Boys, the Nitendo DS games, the IPods. It goes on. Now... come to find out, apparently we need TV's and movies in the backseat too. So, the wife has bought one of those portable DVD players... along with movies to play. That's a lot of technology just in the backseat. I know a 12 hour road trip can be long but......
