The best journalism I've ever written was on a booze soaked cocktail napkin. Call me old school but for the most part I think the so-called "new media" sucks. It's just a fancy label from bad t.v. and bad reporting. More and more media corporations would rather hire 21-year-old dumbasses to shot, edit and report the content of their newscast, never mind that most of that crap they produce makes bad youtube look like "Harvest of Shame." Not that newscast produced by professionals are always so great. They are not. In this day and age, too often they suck too.....more to come(when I can find more napkins)...mw
