We did 100 block walks together, kissed penguins, exercised with seals, shot a reality show and developed a new series of talks called, "Success Made Simple", so it only made sense that John Basedow and I would agree to appear together in the weekend long Health, Fitness and Beauty Expo at Hoftra University out on Long Island to sign autographs and lend our name to this cool event, along with NYWC wrestlers.  I knew this Easter was going to be different. Usually the whole Capo clan and friends gather at my house (remember, holidays are the only time I like to cook) and we have the Easter egg hunt, our games of charades, dancing, music and just a grand ole time. ... I get asked to do a variety of projects, which is great because it certainly keeps life interesting. The best project for me is one that can get huge media exposure, incorporates humor, motivates people, doesn't require any memorizing, hits a topic I care about, and where I can be myself. (Oh yeah, and it's great if it pays well... |
