I remember the one thing I liked about working the morning drive on the radio station versus stand up comedy was that I didn't have to get all dressed up to perform. I could also reach massive audiences and people could "call in" if they wanted to comment. Well, I found the 2007 equivalent of radio with all the benefits ...teleseminars. ...![]() I normally travel a lot but this Mother's Day weekend was a doozy. (Yes, I am actually using that word!) First off I flew to San Francisco to do my "Dare to Do it" seminar for PG&E, the replacement gig from the ice storm back in February. The gig went great. I hugged a lot of audience people, sold some books, took a quick s... I had just finished my comedy gig in Northeast Philly and I was feeling great. A big audience of accountants who were loosened up from alcohol and ready to laugh at any math joke you'd throw at them were in attendance. It seemed nothing could change my mood. I had brought my gang with me.... my son, Spencer, his two friends, Vanessa and William and my friend, Wanda. I figured if I had a show in Philly why not also make a day of it. Aft... In an earlier blog I wrote how I attended the Long Island Health and Fitness Expo and was given a triphase sports bracelet to wear by one of the Nikken Wellness Consultants, Gina Perretti, to help my injured shoulder. What I didn't expect was how this simple bracelet would open up a whole area of information on autism to me. Here's how it unfolded.
