 They say things often happen in three's. Well out of all days of the month... three very exciting things were going to happen in my life on this one particular Thursday, and I had to choose only one to attend. First, I was hired to fly out to Scottsdale, Arizona to do two television shows, and my "Dare to Do it " talk in fro...  It started innocently enough. I received a Google alert email saying that a world renowned Bubble Artist (didn't even know such a thing existed) and 12 time Guinness Book World Record Holder, Fan Yang, was going to attempt to add another world record to his title... the worlds biggest bubble chamber and 34 people from the audience w...  If you have ever written a book, or are in the book business you know that the Book Expo of America commonly called the BEA, is the biggest thing in the United States and if you are part of it, you are lucky. Once a year, publishing houses, famous authors, book lovers, librarians, agents, clients, book buyers, and wanna be a... Answering machines to me are like little boxes filled with surprises... you never know what awaits you when you press the button. A few days ago I pressed the button and I hear, "Hi, I'm trying to reach Fran Capo. My name is Sarita and I'm calling from CNN International in Hong Kong. We were actually calling to inquire about an interview with Fran later this week..." I start to smile. Even though I've done interviews all around the... |
