Like so many other businesses in this mall, this tiny outlet in the food court caters to its largely Hispanic clientele, offering the kinds of sweet and savory dishes you might find at a marketplace in Mexico. On the savory side are wraps, quesos fundido, spicy poblano-chipotle crepes and enchiladas Suizas, filled with ground beef, carrots, raisins, apples and pears. The sweet selections are even more tempting: fruit-filled tamales and flans in yummy flavors such as Kahlua, orange, vanilla, coconut and eggnog. Why aren't there Viny's in all the malls?
